Dayton Classic V Golf Tournament

I am so excited for tomorrow's Golf Tournament. Not only do I get to play my favorite sport, but I get to play on a team which consists of my father, grandfather and uncle. The cherry on top is that it is a fundraiser for Central State University athletics department. Growing up in Ohio and playing sports most of my life, I am happy to be a part of such event.

What is even more exciting is that the event is taken place on the NCR Golf Club. It is a private country club with the most prestigious golf course. Only 53 other golf courses are comparable. I've never been there but heard nothing but great things about.

Get Lean FAST!

I have been asked numerous times: How do I get lean fast? There is always a sense of urgency from the people that ask me. They are either getting ready for a photo shoot, fashion show or important occasions like weddings, anniversaries and reunions but they only have a short time to get their body in top shape for the special event.

In my years of fitness focus, I have already experienced how to gain a massive amount of muscle weight for body building competitions or losing a lot of weight to get lean for modeling and acting jobs. Experimenting on so many products and eating different types of food, I have found the perfect combination for getting lean fast without FASTING!

I am currently working with the companies of these products and putting everything in a package. It would be a kit for you to use when you need to get lean fast! I am so excited to share my secrets with you!

Cavi Clothing in New York City

Traveling to NY and back and then packing to move and then flying to Hilton Head for my family's annual vacation for the past week and a half has been exhausting. Needless to say, I am so relieved to finally relax here in South Carolina! I am going to enjoy the warm beaches, go fishing, crabbing and shrimping with the family.

Anyhow, when I was in NY I was excited to be apart of the Cavi Clothing photo shoot. They are celebrating and preparing for their launch in Macy's nationwide. It was hard not to walk off the shoot with the clothes, I wanted the whole wardrobe! If you are not familiar, Cavi Clothing has a theme cross between Urban and Military. “Military never goes out of style. It always has that rugged, masculine look, ” states Cavi founder Phil Gapud. That is no wonder celebrities like Jay Z, Fabolous, Soulja Boy, Trey Songz, Cool & Dre, Chris Brown, Akon, Nas, Papoose, Lupe Fiasco, Omarion, Mase, Taboo, Don Omar, Redman and T.I. are wearing Cavi.

So again, I need your eyes and ears. They said the launch into Macy's will come out and be available for the upcoming Holidays. When you see the pictures from my shoot in Macy's or anywhere on the internet, let me know!

Follow-Up "My Life On the D-List"

It finally aired! Thanks to my friends on MySpace and Facebook, I found out that it first aired on Monday the 29th and is airing everyday this week..and can you believe that I still haven't seen it?! I heard good reviews of the episode. I knew it would be because I had fun listening to Kathy and Paris when we were at the Avalon. Kathy is a great candid comedian and I still don't get it, but Paris is just interesting to look at. Maybe it's the tall, lanky and a bit clumsy or that she looks like a cartoon character.

Anyhow, it's Season 5, Episode 5. If you can find it on the internet somewhere, please send me the video. Thanks!

Kathy Griffin and Paris Hilton

My friend Nick from People Farm called me last minute to show up to the Avalon Hotel. It was a taping for a show starring Kathy Griffin. Kathy had Paris Hilton as her special guest. I brought Terin Taylor and her sister Lillian with me. Thinking that this would just be a fun day hanging by the pool as we were background for the show, but it turned out to be more fun than that. When we got there, other models were sitting around and the film crew just showed up. They started placing people into different locations by the pool. Lucky for us, they placed us directly behind where Kathy and Paris were sitting. While filming, Paris turned to me and said in her baby voice, "Hey handsome! Can you come over and take a picture of us?" SWEET! Naturally, I agreed and walked over, talked to them for a bit and took a picture of her and Kathy on her phone. After, the film crew came back to take close ups of us. It was nice to have had the opportunity to talk and plug my name on Kathy's show. I have no idea when it will air, but I will post up the date or a video if it's online. If you happen to see it, let me know what you think! Here are some pics just for fun!

Nightfall

Last month, I had the pleasure of working with the ever so witty and funny David DeCoteau. David is a multi-talented producer/director/writer of over 100 projects and is highly respected in the industry. Here is his link on IMDB: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0213983/ He is well known for all the incredible independent films he had executed over the years. I was lucky enough to be casted in one of his latest project. I was on set for two days on a movie called Nightfall. It was a movie with creative twists in the world of vampires. I played a character named Toby. He was a nerd, could you imagine? I thought I pulled it off pretty good. It was such an awesome experience and everyone I worked with onset did an amazing job. David was really professional and was a pleasure to work with. I look forward to making another movie with him. When we were on set, I also looked forward to lunch because the chef that catered us cooked really healthy and outstanding homemade food. I’ll keep everyone updated on the movie and when it’s released in the theaters. Red carpet baby!

Ed Hardy fashion Show - Las Vegas

I just got done with three days of walking down the catwalk at the Ed Hardy Fashion Show in Las Vegas. The models, of course were a lot of fun to work with. So, on the first two days, they dressed me as a cowboy and on the third day, I was a GQ/punker dude. The shows were a lot of fun and the clothes were hot and crazy.

I worked a total of 4 hours in three days so there was a lot of down to run around the casinos and have some fun! I’m not much of a gambler but I did win $30 on a quarter slot machine at Caesars Palace.
